“Caroline’s work as a Yoga Teacher helped me through a long Winter and Spring. (I was in the middle of a time of grieving, mostly due to a death in my family.) I looked forward to sessions with Caroline; one-on-one sessions were designed largely to work with physical and emotional challenges I was facing at the time. Group classes in the Winter also addressed depression and anxiety. I felt strengthened by the process, not only physically, by Caroline’s sessions which initially I did not even think I was ready for due to lack of confidence, strength, and to grief. I continue to take classes from Caroline. Her presence and knowledge is a gift, setting a tone for healing, for which I am very grateful!”

“As a fellow psychologist, I am especially appreciative of the sensitivity and empathy that Caroline brings to her yoga instruction. I feel that she really knows me, and my individual practice challenges.”
